It’s hardly surprising that we’re all about learning at Invisible College. We facilitate learning through the 20+ courses available through our partnership with Nas, the 3-4 events we host each week, the content we write here, and much more.
But there’s another type of learning that we believe is invaluable: 1-on-1 coaching.
This is why we're excited to partner with Exec to launch The Invisible College Community Coaching Program.
For the next 10 months, we will be conducting a monthly lottery to give one POAP earner three sessions with a highly vetted coach who can support members with:
Leadership Coaching
High-Performance Coaching
Career Coaching
Life Coaching
Communications Coaching
Sales Coaching
Job Search/Resume Coaching
Part of the reason we chose Exec is because of the quality of their coaches. Out of the 7000+ coaches who've applied to their platform, they work with less than 100 of them.
In these turbulent times, just about everyone could use someone to talk to about their professional goals and aspirations, and even their trials and tribulations. We hope this will give many of our most dedicated community members an amazing opportunity to get the help they need in the coming year.
How can you qualify?
First, you must be an Invisible College member, meaning you own and have registered one of our Decentralien NFTs.

Second, you must have earned at least one POAP from attending one of our live events or listening to the event recording within 48 hours.
What is a POAP?
POAP is short for Proof of Attendance Protocol. They’re free-to-mint NFTs that coincide with all Invisible College live events.

Minting a POAP doesn’t require owning any cryptocurrency. You can get a headstart and download the POAP mobile app for iOS or Android on the POAP homepage. We will tell you how to mint them during every live event. Don’t worry, it’s very easy.
How does the giveaway work?
Each POAP you earn serves as a raffle entry. So the more you learn, the more you earn, and the higher chance you have of winning.
We'll be setting up a raffle to draw the Exec prize winner at the end of each month. In addition, we’ll be announcing annual prizes for POAP earners soon.
